针灸

针灸是中医针法和灸法的总称。针灸是在中医理论的指导下把针具（通常指毫针）按照一定的角度刺入患者体内，运用捻转与提插等针刺手法来对刺激人体特定部位从而达到治疗疾病的目的。刺入点称为人体腧穴，简称穴位。灸法是以预制的灸炷或灸草在体表一定的穴位上烧灼、熏熨，利用热的刺激来预防和治疗疾病。通常以艾草最为常用，故而称为艾灸。

中医推拿

中医推拿，是以中医的脏腑、经络学说为理论基础，并结合西医的解剖和病理诊断，而用手法作用于人体体表的特定部位以调节机体生理、病理状况，达到理疗目的的方法，从性质上来说，它是一种物理的治疗方法。

中药

中药（Chinese herbology、Traditional Materia Medica）。中药主要起源于中国，是以中医理论为基础，用于防治疾病的植物，动物矿物及其加工品，不论产于中国，外国均称中药。中药有着独特的理论体系和应用形式，充分反映了中国自然资源及历史，文化等方面的特点。

关于针灸

什么是针灸?

针灸是用一种非常细的，无菌的不锈钢针（一次性），刺入人体的特定穴位。针灸针在这些特定穴位上发送消息通过神经系统正常化的生理功能，减轻疼痛，并刺激免疫系统。针灸对脏器功能，激素水平，血液循环，睡眠模式和能量水平的提高产生着深远的影响。 针灸是目前已知最古老的治疗方法之一。已用于诊断，治疗和预防疾病超过2000年。针灸，草药，中医养生共同指导着人们如何得到一种健康的生活方式。

我能期待什么?

针是无菌的，当针刺入特定穴位时只有极少或根本没有疼痛的感觉; 但是，偶尔出现轻微的青紫是可能发生的情况。治疗的疗程取决于您的病情症状是慢性或急性。除了针刺的治疗也可以包括各种诸如艾灸（热），推拿，草药配方等非针刺技术。针灸治疗的一个优点是没有使用处方药物后严重的副作用。
